SHIPPING POLICY

 

We Ship ASAP from Honolulu, Hawaii using USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Mail

 

- All orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the following business day in the order received. If there is a high volume of orders please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.

 

- For Domestic orders please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, 7-10 days for production (if items are made to order), and 3-5 business days for shipping.

 

- Order changes or cancellations must be made prior to shipment.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed or shipped. Customers must receive the merchandise and follow the standard return instructions.  We will not be responsible for shipping return costs.

 

- All items categorized as bulky such as but not limited to bags, home goods, and pillows may be charged an additional $18 shipping fee.  We will contact you if the additional shipping fee is necessary.

 

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We gladly accept returns of unused items purchased from the Courage & Cotton website only.   Items purchased at our brick and mortar located at Pearlridge Center are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges, 

 

To be eligible for online purchase returns, items must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

You have 14 days from the shipped date to initiate a return.  If 14 days have gone by since your shipping date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

To start a return, please email us at courageandcotton@gmail.com for a return shipping address.  Returning shipping costs are covered by the customer.  Once we receive your returned items, inspect and approve its returned condition, we will process a refund on the cost of goods.  Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

 

When shipping your return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Gift Cards and Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges aren't always available due to the low inventory and high sell-through nature of our shop.  If you think you received an incorrect or defective product contact us right away and we'll assist you.
